This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") defines the rights and obligations of users regarding the use of the application.
2.1. To use the application, the user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information about themselves. In case of providing incorrect information, the application administration reserves the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to the user.
2.2. The user must be over 18 years of age to register and use the application.
3.1. It is strictly forbidden to upload, distribute, send, publish, transmit or otherwise make available child pornography.
3.2. Mentioning, selling, advertising, or distributing drugs, as well as offering services prohibited by the laws of the user's country of residence, are strictly prohibited.
3.3. The user agrees not to violate the laws of their country of residence and to respect the rights and freedoms of other application users.
4.1. For violation of the terms of this Agreement, the application administration reserves the right to terminate the provision of services to the violator, up to and including account blocking.
4.2. The user bears personal responsibility for all actions performed in the application, and for the information they post.
5.1. The application administration reserves the right to unilaterally make changes to this Agreement by publishing a new version of the Agreement in the application.
6.1 When registering in the application, the user agrees to provide their personal data, including but not limited to their mobile phone number. These data are necessary to ensure access to the functionality of the application, identity verification, and to improve the quality of services provided.
6.2 The collected personal data are used only for the purposes for which they were provided and are not transferred to third parties without obtaining explicit consent from the user, except as provided by law.
6.3 The application administration takes all reasonably possible measures to protect users' personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
6.4 Personal data are stored for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, in accordance with current legislation. Users have the right to request updating, correction, or deletion of their personal data.
6.5 The application administration reserves the right to periodically update the Privacy Policy. Users will be notified of important changes through the application or via a message sent to the mobile number or other contact method specified by the user.

7.1 This document is a public offer by Ivan Ed. Komarov, acting as a self-employed individual, (hereinafter referred to as the "Executor") and contains all essential terms of services provided through the application.
7.2 Information about the Executor:
7.3 Acceptance of the offer is considered to be the act of user registration in the application and the use of its functionality. The contract is considered concluded from the moment of acceptance.
7.4 The Executor provides services in accordance with the terms set out in this Agreement and in accordance with current legislation.
7.5 Services of the application are provided on a subscription basis. The cost of the subscription is determined based on the chosen tariff plan and is indicated in the application.
7.6 Payment for services is made through the payment service Telegram Stars. The user can choose the most convenient payment method from the options offered in the application.
7.7 The subscription fee is automatically charged from the user's card at the beginning of each subscription period (for example, a month, unless otherwise indicated) until the subscription is canceled by the user.
7.8 The user has the right to cancel the subscription at any time. The cancellation of the subscription comes into effect from the beginning of the next subscription period. The fee already charged for the current subscription period is non-refundable.
7.9 The Executor reserves the right to change the subscription prices and will notify users of any changes in advance through the application or telegram bot.
7.10 After each payment is made, the user receives an electronic receipt confirming the payment for services.
8.1. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Agreement.
We strongly recommend that you carefully read the terms of this Agreement and use the application responsibly and with respect to other users.
